Fall 2012
Our journalists' blogs
Student journalists traveled in Fall Semester 2012 to National Park Service sites in several states — from New York to as far south as the tip of South Florida and the Gulf of Mexico.
In October and November, School of Communication students visited several parks. At the end of October, two students traveled to New York City and reported and wrote stories about several of the New York City metropolitan area parks.
And, in November, other writers and photographers spent time at South Florida's Everglades National Park, Big Cypress National Preserve, Dry Tortugas National Park, and Biscayne National Park.
The blog entries linked on this page are written by the writers and photographers about their trips.
